I’ve been wanting to play around with NixOS in my homelab for a while now, but I never got too far, as I like having an easily reproducible setup, through IaC and scripts. NixOS proved problematic in this regard because I could not find a script on PVE Helper Scripts, or elsewhere.
After a while of waiting, I decided to make the script myself, and here it is! Or, well, a primitive working version of it. The script has a long way in terms of configurability, but it works decently well.
I thought I’d share and get some thoughts, suggestions or ideas, and maybe even help out someone else who wants to play around with Nix.
