I would have zero problems buying the straight digital product at a much more reasonable price if it were drm-free. Is it romantic to want to be able to use what I bought how I want without worrying my license can be revoked on a corporate whim?

I switched back to buying physical copies because I got sick of having to pay for the same content repeatedly as it switched platforms and as much of the content that I wanted to watch became pay-to-view despite that I am signed up for practically every streaming service.
