Well if you would stop stealing the ball mice and chucking them across the class then I wouldn’t have to make hard boiled ones. Looking at you Jason.

Yeah, “someone” stole all the balls out of all the mice at my highschool computer lab.

That’s nothing, I had a trackball, do you know how hard it is to come by goose eggs?

I remember being bored in school and picking out the ‘string’ that had formed out of grease and dirt around the x/y axis rollers, I don’t think there was anyone whose actual job it was to clean those things

I have it with the new Laser Mouse at school where the grease is formed at the corners of the pad. I can always feel how icky and sticky those mice feel like so I actually need to remove them somehow.

It baffles me how people can go around with their hands all grimy and dirty. Why do so many people have such poor hygiene?

cone_zombie@lemmy.ml on 09 Dec 2024 20:40 collapse

It’s just different levels of sweating / releasing fat. My mice and guitars are always more grimy than a regular person’s. I try to keep my hands clean, it’s just my body works a bit differently

I would always overcook or undercook it and have to replace it anyway.
