Wtf… Who would register for something like that? If you’re anti-surveillance, you should be aware that the government is watching shit like that. Just go to the demonstration or whatever but don’t sign up for it.

Yeah, I have to agree. Some sort of broadcast channel would be far more suitable. You’d think they’d know better but I guess that’s too much to ask.

If I’m looking at the right thing (??) it seems to want just an email? It doesn’t ask for real names or anything. So you could just make a throwaway. Looks like they just want some way to contact local groups and people.

That’s waht I saw on their main page anyway at noalprs.com/index.html. Unless I’m missing another registration thing.

I can’t believe there are demonstrations. Every time I have a conversation with someone about privacy, they just drool and their eyes gloss over. I did convince one guy to change one habit recently. Guess I’ll take the win.

From the map they show, Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, and Wyoming need to get off their butt! Edit -> and New Hampshire and Vermont.
