Unused IPv6-only VPS - what to use it for?

Are there any services I can host on a IPv6-only VPS that would benefit the public? I’ve switched to a more powerful one but I still have 8 months left on the old one. Maybe a Tor node, if it’s possible with IPv6? Please share your ideas below!

ipv6 is fine for most things these days, but better check with the host that Tor is ok.

If you have a /64 address range you could bind a single random address from it (will be very hard to find by scanning) and then use it as a jump box for your other VPS?

IIRC Tor relays don’t work on v6-only networks, but I think most providers do allow you to forward some number of ports on v4, which is good enough.

If you have no ability to forward v4 at all, you can probably still run a Snowflake bridge.

Yeah unfortunately it’s really IPv6-only, no v4 at all

How about a VPN? As far as I understand it would only work with sites that have an IPv6 address. But maybe if you make it a middle step for cloudflare warp.

Your machine’s IPv6 -> IPv6 only VPS -> CF Warp

I don’t need one for a private use, so would really just rather host something that supports a community project, if that’s possible. So far I have no ideas so I’ll probably just donate it to someone who has some kind of use case for it
