A lot of footage of chihosen, old Japanese trains that run to rural areas.

This is a good thing wish we could have trains period in America.
We do have trains, but they’re primarily for commercial shipment instead of passenger rail.
Our cities used to have decent passenger rail, and even decent inter-city passenger rail, but then the auto industry happened…
Even then, routing a trip around the rocky mountains or south from the great plains is unnecessarily brutal.
Basically, Chicago IL has decent trains and nobody else.
Can I get that concrete recipe?
